Adding a Connect Exchange e-mail account to your Outlook mail client is very simple. All you will need is the username and password provide to you by DataYard staff and these easy to follow steps.

Select the File tab

Then choose Info

And select Add Account at the top

Choose E-mail account and enter the username and password provided to you by DataYard

Then selest Next and you will get a popup to allow the server settings for the account

Check the Checkbox

Select Allow

You will get another popup to confirm the password to access the server.

Re-enter password and Check the Check box for Remember my credentials

Click OK and you should see a screen confirming the successful creation of the account
