50’s Unique Navy Blue Velvet Beret by Sally Victor mod trench coats you can be assured ofVery unique style coming from Sally Victor. Navy blue wool is accordion pleated with dark blue velvet trim. Front holds a large wool bow. Interior is finished with a matching acetate and edged with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches.
