90’s Cotton Voile Skirt with Exposed Petticoat by ABS by Allen Schwartz vintage reproduction Amazing crepe button front shirt/Cute cotton floral skirt from ABS by Allen Schwartz has a cotton voile top layer with a floral print in shades of bue, sage green, and brown. It is lined in sage green fabric (probably rayon) to which is attached sage green tulle that extends below the bottom of the skirt about two inches. This petticoat is barely visible in the photos but is more prominent in "real life." The skirt also comes with an optional leather belt embellished with a leather
