Mixed Doubles A128113 22k gold bi-metalFull of movement, this take on a doubles tennis match was first sketched by Melinda Buie in oil pastels; she then meticulously applied acrylic paint in layers before using turpentine to erase some of the original pastel marks, leaving sketched lines. After final touches with oil paint, the work on canvas was complete, on gallery wrapped gallery with unfinished edges, and signed on the back. Ready to hang.
