Made by Paul Parnes, this 40s 50's dress features a lovely all over floral print, shaped lapels, and POCKETS!! Side metal Talon zipper closure. No fabric tag, but it feels to be a rayon, and you can see a bit of the texture of the fabric in the photos. Still has original thread belt loops, but there is no belt with the dress.
