70’s Blue Floral Satin Flutter Sleeve Gown vintage tiki shirt m Sleeve 21 "Late 60's early 70's Gorgeous bright blue printed floral chiffon cape sleeved gown with keyhole front and tie closure. Zipper closure in the back and fully lined in satin. Fits a size extra small small. Size 2 26" waist 15" shoulder to shoulder skirt measures 42" from waist 35hip Very fitted, not much stretch, in very good vintage condition, light wear but no major visible flaws
