Gray coloring on the top layer with purple tulle at the hem and a second under layer with pink tulle netting. The top of the skirt is nylon, with an elastic waistband with lots of stretch. Measures 24" unstretched to 30" stretched. Hip around 32". Length 28". Marked a vintage size 5 which is around a XS, though could fit a small. No flaws or issues to note.
