The bouquet consists of stone fruit and lychee with nuances of Pinot Noir combining with toast and mushroom from the Chardonnay component. The palate is rich and flavoursome, driven by the strawberry cream characters of Pinot Noir and complemented by the elegant structural effect of Chardonnay.
