In silver, measuring 33 mm (w) x 38. 5 mm (h), dark patina on the obverse and the edge, edge nicks, light contact, original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Revolution Day Medal was awarded for service in the coup of February 24, 1966, when some officers of the Ghanaian armed forces ousted Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the first President of the Republic.
