Germany, Imperial. A Naval Wound Badge, Silver Grade Province of China Wound is now healed(Verwundetenabzeichen der Marine in Silber). Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of an oval chain link wreath, bearing a raised anchor overlaid by crossed swords on a pebbled background, the reverse with a wide crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 40. 94 mm (w) x 46. 21 mm (h), weighing 8. 2 grams, demonstrating minor loss of finish, in near extremely fine condition.
