With flavours of cut herbs, ripe fig and white pepper, fine texture and mineral acidity, ou GV is a delicious food friendly wine. It has also demonstrated a capacity to develop wonderful depth and complexity with age. Our vineyards are managed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to best express their unique terroirs.
