A Diplomatic Brocade Dress Belt With Buckle Attributed To Career Diplomat Dr. Kille Hold reinforced backer separating from theBuckle in silvered die stamped aluminum with a gilt eagle and swastika insignia on the right end, the eagle's head facing to its right, unmarked, the buckle measuring 48. 5 mm. Belt is fabricated with a fine aluminum wire interlaced with white threading on the upper, with two rows of black embroidery running the length of the belt, the underside in black wool, leather tab with a smooth finished gray upper stitched in place on the underside at the left
