Norway, Kingdom. An Order of St. Olav, Grand Cross Star by Tostrup United Republic of XVII - Deceased Soldiers(Den Kongelige Norske Sankt Olavs Orden). Instituted in 1847 by King Oscar I. A silver eight point star with clusters of faceted rays, the central medallion in silver gilt features a white enamelled Maltese Cross with ball finials, between each arms sit a crowned O, the obverse medallion features a superimposed rampant lion on a red enamelled field surrounded by white, blue, and white rings, the reverse features a single vertical pin, the cartouche
