The Chkhaveri grape is the most cherished variety, one that Iberieli was instrumental in reviving after the Soviet era. This grape can produce a profoundly aromatic rose if the skins are left on during maturation in Qvevri, but this edition comes without the skins, yielding a fresh yet savory white.
