Our original site in the small hamlet of Forreston has been joined by an equally impressive 21yo vineyard, sited on a sheer north westerly incline in the panoramic Kenton Valley region Partial whole bunch pressed. Natural cold settling before racking with suspended solids remaining for ferment at low temperature for several weeks. Continuing with lees aging before racking and
