Pirie Millésime Prestige Vintage Rosé 2022 vinicola-rocca The vines are 60 yearsThe Pirie Vintage Ros is showing an elegant salmon pink colour. There is some lovely rose petal, strawberry and freshly baked bread aromas. The palate is tense with a graphite mineral edge and powerful fruit driven complexity due to the Pinot Noir grapes used to make the wine. It is also boasting incredible balance with cool climate Tasmanian fruit. The perfect accompaniment to a range of canaps including smoked salmon and dill mayonnaise. Or why not
