Teusner ‘Dog Strangler’ Mataro 2022 petite-syrah MV ‘McLaren Vale’ or ‘MultipleFrom 70 year old mataro vines; hand picked, crushed destemmed, open fermented with cultured yeast, 5 days on skins, 15 months in oak. Terrific colour; a sumptuous, rich, succulent mix of red and black fruits; fine tannins add more to the package than the oak.
