Fernando de Castilla, still registered as a vermouth producer, have now brought this style back to Jerez. With a rich mahigany colour tt has lovely rich aromas of dried fruit, nuts and herbal notes and a palate that's full of flavour, silky and sweet yet with the characteristic and refreshing bitter bite.
