This is a wine built on the strength of its foundation - Cabernet Sauvignon from the very first plantings in 1969 - blended with Merlot
plummy fruit and sweet spice balanced by soft velvety tannins
The wine was aged in a mix of stainless steel and mature French oak (just six months in barrel)
