After Mas de Libians Mourvdre tour de force, La Calade, the Bout dZan ros is this Domaines most limited release a great shame as it is so damn delicious. Its drawn from the Estates younger vines, again spread across a selection of rocky terroirs; one third each Grenache, Counoise and Syrah. Using the Provenal model, all three varieties are delicately pressed into tank after a short maceration, thereafter fermenting with natural yeast.
