Woodstock Twiggy Blanc De Blanc NV domaine-des-lambrays The single acre of NebbioloWoodstock Twiggy Blanc de Blancs was created using Chardonnay juice cool fermented to dryness and aged, before the 'Charmat' method of fermentation was applied. This light and elegant wine displays a pale straw colour with fine beads when poured into a glass. On the bouquet, this sparkling wine exudes crisp aromas of green apple with a touch of toast. The palate is fine and refreshing with crisp natural acids and persistent bubbles. It is an excellent
