Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised depiction of the Luftwaffe Pilots Badge, topped by an inscription of STANDORT SEGEL WETTFAHREN (DISTRICT SAILING COMPETITION), above an inscription of PREIS, waiting for the addition of engraved recipients information, perforated with three holes for attachment, unmarked, measuring 63 mm (w) x 69 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
