In 18K Gold, a miniature star featuring synthetic ruby arms, with an enamelled center featuring a depiction of Alfonso X, surrounded by a ring of 17 natural diamonds, the reverse features a screwback button plate, measures 22. 15mm (w) x 22. 17mm (h), weighs 5. 2 grams, very minor enamel flaw in medallion, stones intact, the medallion has been reattached and is on a slight angle, remains in very fine
