Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star overlaid by crossed swords, with a central six petalled rosette, set within a circular laurel leaf wreath with a ribbed border, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 49. 78
