Germany, Imperial. A First War Patriotic Badge Hold marked "SWISS MADE" and covered(Patriotisches Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 26 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
