Stitched onto the top is a dark brown wool trapezoid bearing an embroidered silver-grey owner’s surname of “GESCH”
in November 1905
the obverse with a silver rightward facing bust of Friedrich within a silver pebbled field
crown and ball all intact
Germany, Third Reich. A Traffic Control Armband Newly Listed A very large insignia(Verkehrsaufsicht Armbinde). Constructed of orange cotton, the exterior bearing a black ink inscription of VERKEHRS AUFSICHT (TRAFFIC CONTROL or SUPERVISION), unmarked, measuring 202 mm (w) x 92 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
