Jackson Brooke Cabernet-Shiraz 2019 pirque strongly characterised by travertineAn easy drinking and food friendly cool climate red wine. About 50% Cabernet and 50% shiraz, open top fermented and gently plunged. 3 Weeks on skins before pressing to old Hogheads (300L) for 10 months. Racked and bottled.
