On Saturday, May 13th 2017, we will be performing maintenance on DataYard’s server and network infrastructure. This will include performing updates to our managed server and network infrastructure, working on internal projects, and performing out of band tasks that require reboots/shutdowns/service interruptions. Maintenance will begin at 12:00AM EST and will be completed by 11:00AM EST.
DataYard’s network team will be upgrading a component of it’s Ethernet Express Metro infrastructure starting at 12:00AM. Only customers using DataYard’s Ethernet Express Metro service will be affected during this maintenance. We anticipate the maintenance to last 4-6 hours. During this time, your connectivity may be disrupted several times. We anticipate work associated with the upgrade to be completed before 6:00AM EST that morning. Customers directly affected by the Ethernet Express Metro maintenance will be notified individually.
Server infrastructure updates will commence at 3:00AM EST and are anticipated to complete by 11:00AM EST.
